The view from our room was spectacular, especially at night. Elevators were a hassle; we waited over 10 minutes during peak hours. The game room was fun for the kids, but food options were limited. Parking fees were high at around $60, so plan accordingly.

The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the falls. Unfortunately, the elevators were painfully slow and crowded. The breakfast was decent, but the dining area felt chaotic. The hotel has a small game room, which was a nice option for the kids. Parking fees are quite high, so plan ahead. a mixed experience.

The Embassy Suites offers breathtaking views of both the Canadian and American Falls, especially from higher floors. the front desk staff seemed disengaged and unhelpful during check-in. While the room was spacious and comfortable, the overall service needs refining for a more enjoyable stay.

The view from my room was stunning! Breakfast was tasty, especially the omelet; it's worth the wait. I also loved the cozy atmosphere in the restaurant both day and night.

Efficient access. Convenient parking at the adjacent casino, though extra fees can add up quickly. Friendly staff made check-in a breeze. The upgrade was a smart choice; our room on the 39th floor offered stunning waterfall views. A perfect setting. The pool provided a nice splash zone for kids, although it felt cramped at times. Breakfast was decent, but early closing hours made it a challenge. Crowded common areas, especially the pool and elevators, necessitated patience, often prompting us to take the stairs. While parking is pricey and housekeeping was lacking, solid dining options nearby enhanced our experience. With stunning views and friendly service, we felt welcomed and valued. Would return.

Great space for families with a nice seating area. The laundry service is quick, and the staff helped with tickets to nearby attractions.
It wasn't inexpensive, but the comfort and amenities made it worth it.

Parking felt like a total scam, and I was frustrated with the extra charges on our bill. The staff ignored us completely while helping others, making our stay feel even more chaotic. It was definitely not a family-friendly experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the hotel with excellent service from the friendly multi-lingual staff.
My children wished for a kids' club or play area on-site.

The room was spacious, akin to a small apartment. The bed was comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. Temperature control worked well, maintaining a cozy environment. Noise levels were low, contributing to the relaxing atmosphere. The windows provided a breathtaking view, impeccably clean to enhance the experience. the room wasn’t restocked with coffee during our stay. Despite the fabulous view, the elevators were a hassle, causing a lengthy wait at breakfast time, which detracted from the overall enjoyment. The amenities could use better organization to ensure a smoother experience during peak times.

Let's start with the positive aspects - the ironing facilities in the room were convenient as we had some clothes that needed a quick touch-up. The heating and air conditioning worked well to keep us comfortable during our stay. The sitting area in the room was a nice feature, giving us extra space to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch, although I wish they had a bit more variety. One thing that stood out to us was the lack of an AM/FM alarm clock in the room. It might be a small detail, but it's something we usually rely on during our travels. On the downside, we found the curtains in the room to be a bit dated and in need of replacement. the dry cleaning service was not as prompt as we had hoped for, and we had to wait longer than expected to get our clothes back. In terms of housekeeping, the staff did a decent job of keeping the room tidy, but we did notice some areas that were overlooked, such as the dusty corners. We also took advantage of the shuttle service provided by the hotel for a fee. While it was convenient, we felt that the cost was a bit on the higher side compared to similar services offered by other hotels in the area. The availability of on-site shops and commercial services was also a bonus for any last-minute needs.

The location was fantastic, just a short stroll away from the majestic waterfall. The spacious and comfortable room provided a lovely view of the falls, and the shuttle service to offsite parking was convenient.
The cleanliness of our room was not up to par, with dirty windows and handprints marring the view. Room service was unavailable, and breakfast options were limited.

I chose Embassy Suites for its prime location, just steps away from the majestic Niagara Falls, and I was pleasantly surprised by the included full buffet breakfast, evening reception with free alcoholic beverages, and reliable staff service.
Parking cost is outrageous.

However, the breathtaking falls views and the modern, elegant rooms at Embassy Suites made our stay enjoyable. The complementary breakfast at the Keg fallsview and good service were definite highlights. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a sick time chillin' at this hotel with my crew , the front desk had so many check, in spots, and the view of the falls was legit awesome. The hotel was like a vibe, perfect for us young peeps looking for a rad getaway.
It would've been lit if the hotel had a sick pool party vibe to match our energy. Just imagine, a poolside DJ and neon lights , that would've taken the experience to the next level for us party animals!

The room had a fantastic view of the falls, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The complimentary snack reception was a nice touch, and the staff's direction at the elevators was helpful. The location was convenient for walking to the falls and nearby attractions.
The breakfast options were limited, especially for guests with dietary restrictions. The staff at reception were not very welcoming, and some exhibited rude behavior.

The view and dining were memorable experiences. Late check-out gave me travel flexibility. The hotel has a Starbucks, Keg Steakhouse + Bar, TGI Fridays, and a pool. The panoramic falls view was stunning, and the free breakfast and Evening Reception were delightful.
Such a privilege to pay for parking.

We stayed at this hotel for a fun getaway with friends. The friendly staff made a great first impression, especially Cliff and Valerie who went above and beyond. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the falls and nearby amenities. The hotel itself had a range of facilities and services, including a bar/lounge area, fitness center, and indoor swimming pool. We also appreciated the upgraded room with a beautiful view.
Our room wasn't as clean as we would have liked, with some issues with the bedsheets and bathroom door.
